How do I order a repeat prescription?

If you're enrolled with us and are on any long-term medications for an ongoing condition, you'll see they're conveniently preloaded in the app under the Medications 💊 tab.

We have a dedicated administrative clinical team to ensure repeat prescriptions are processed faster for our patients.

Depending on the condition and length of time since we saw you, we may need to see you for a clinical review before we can re-issue you a repeat prescription.

If you do require a consultation with a doctor, you won't be charged the repeat prescription fee, you will just be charged for the standard 15 minute GP consultation.

 

Running low? 

If you're due for a repeat / refill, we'll send you a reminder when you're running low. You can re-order several prescriptions at the same time. Before your order is confirmed, you have the option to let us know if anything has changed with your health since the medication was last issued. 

Depending on your circumstances and condition, in some cases we may request that you see a Tend doctor in-person before receiving a new prescription.
