Why is my medication not on my long-term list?

Only those medications that are deemed clinically appropriate for a long-term condition are listed in the app. This decision is made at the discretion of your clinical team. 

If you believe your medication is missing or should be added to the list, we may need to see you for a clinical review before we can add to your list and/or issue you a repeat prescription.

If you do require a consultation with a doctor there will be a fee for the standard 15 minute GP consultation.
