Does my enrolment expire?

Yes, if you have not seen your GP for more than three years your enrolment will expire and you won't be able to access the cheaper enrolled patient fees.

The best way to keep your enrolment active, is to see your care team. This might be for a routine health check or a specific condition.


We have annual health checks you can book directly in the app under our services. It's usually a good idea to book this around your birthday, like an annual health WOF! 

Alternatively you can notify our Customer Experience Team that you want to stay enrolled either by messaging us in the app, calling 09 300 5076 or emailing us by filling out this form.
