Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes you can 🤗

We understand that sometimes you'll be unable to make an appointment that you've booked, but we ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can re-utilise valuable GP time.

You may make any changes or cancel a scheduled appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment commencing. 

For planned booked appointments 

  • You may make any changes or cancel a scheduled appointment, free of charge, up to 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment.

  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 2-24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, we'll charge a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than two hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

  • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and make no attempt to notify Tend of this, a 100% cancellation fee may apply.

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we will need to cancel your appointment and a 100% cancellation fee may apply.

For Online Now appointments

  • ‍You may cancel your appointment at any time. If you cancel your consultation two hours prior to the estimated appointment time you'll be provided with a full refund.

  • If you cancel with less than two hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee may be applied. If you do not attend your booked on online appointment, and make no attempt to notify Tend of this, a 100% cancellation fee may apply.

  • If changes are due to unforeseen circumstances, beyond your control, then please message our customer care team via the app to discuss these directly.
