What should I do if my online doctor doesn't call me at my appointment time?

Sometimes, in order to ensure that our doctors give you their full attention during your consult, it means they run a little late for the next person.

If you're concerned that you haven't been seen or called for your appointment, please send our Customer Experience Team a message in the app or call 09 300 5076 and they will be able to give you more information about your upcoming appointment or help you reschedule if needs be!
