Enrolling children under 18

To enrol children under 18, you can do so either from the home screen or during the booking process. You can only enrol children if you're their parent or guardian.

Booking casual appointments for children

If you want to add a child as a casual patient, book an appointment for them and choose the ‘casual patient’ option.

Adding adult family members

Unfortunately, you cannot enrol or book appointments for your partner or other adults over 18 years old. Adults 18 years or over must create their Tend account and enrol or book appointments for themselves. The only exception is if you have Power of Attorney over their affairs and are acting as their carer.
