If you use the Tend app, regardless of whether you saw the doctor in-clinic or via the Tend app, you will have access to your consultation notes.

To access and view your consultation notes follow these steps:

1. Open the Tend app
2. Click on "Appointments" in the bottom navigation bar 
3. Under Previous Appointments, select the date of the appointment you wish to view notes for e.g. Mon, 4 Nov 2024. 
4. A summary of your consultation will appear. If you consented to the clinician using Tend Scribe these will be written with the aid of Tend Scribe.
